The theme of this song is of the last person in existence who's tasked with the restoration of a judged world that lays dead and barren. The so-called "Mount of All Creation" is the sort of ground zero for the restoration of the world. Though the scenario isn't Biblical, it uses Biblical themes, in particular the phrase "Bereshith" which is Hebrew for "in the beginning" and is the first line of the Pentateuch.

This song plays as you overlook all of ruined creation, so it's meant to give a sense of loneliness and resolve for the monumental, eons-long task of shepherding the world through its second Genesis.
